PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adherence of a dirt such as a slime, darkness or the like occurring on a surface of a structure by generating a surging phenomenon at an outer layer resin at the time of extruding, giving a fine protrusion and recess form in a rough skin state to its surface layer, and increasing its surface area. SOLUTION: As an outer layer at the time of extruding, a polyethylene resin, a polymethylpentene resin, a polybutene resin, an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, or resins to which an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer or a propylene-α- olefin copolymer is added is used. Further, a surging phenomenon is generated at the outer layer resin, a fine protrusion and recess form of a rough skin state is provided on a surface of the structure to physically increase its surface area so that its surface is in a rough state. Thus, an adherence of a dirt such as a slime, a darkness or the like generated on the surface of the structure can be prevented. |
