PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an adherence of a resin tailing to a lip of an extrusion molding die to scarcely occur even by continuously extrusion molding a thermoplastic resin for a long time by providing a thin film layer made of a specific fluorosilane compound on an inner surface of the lip. SOLUTION: After an inner surface of a lip of a T-die made of a stainless steel is coated with a solution obtained by dissolving a 2- perfluorooctylethyltriaminosilane in a solvent, it is heated for a predetermined time to be cured, and a thin film layer made of a fluorosilane compound represented by the formula is formed, wherein R<1> is an organic group containing a fluorine, R<2> is a hydrogen atom or an organic group, X is a hydrolyzable reactive substituent such as a halogen group, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, an alkoxy group or the like, a, b and c are positive integers satisfying 1<=a<=3, 0<=b<=3, 1<=c<=3 and a+b+c=4. |
