PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of an elastic roller, which can manufacture the elastic roller having a surface layer without increasing the number of processes such as the formation of the surface layer on the surface of a molded body by taking the molded body out of a mold after the formation of an elastic layer and can form the the uniform surface layer without developing a mottled coating and the deviation of a core, and a molding device used for the method. SOLUTION: In order to manufacture an elastic roller consisting of a cylindrical elastic layer 10, on the outer periphery of which a surface layer 12 is provided, and a core body 4, the core body 4 is coaxially fixed into a tubular mold 1. Next, an elastic layer material is filled in the tubular mold 1. After the cure shrinkage of the elastic layer material, a surface layer material is filled in a gap 11 developed due to the curing of the elastic layer material. |
