RICE MILLING MACHINE FILTER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice milling machine filter in which the surface of the conventional filter is laminated with Cr base coating films by ion plating of a cathode arc system excelling in adhesion to improve wear resistance and deformation resistance. SOLUTION: In this rice milling machine filter, the inner surface part thereof is alternately laminated and coated with Cr metal films and CrN films. The thickness of the Cr metal film is preferably 0.5-2μm and the thickness of the CrN film is preferably 0.5-5μm. And the total thickness of the laminated films of the Cr films and the CrN films is preferably 3-20μm. The Cr metal film and the CrN film can be formed by coating of ion plating of a cathode arc system.
