PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure which is light, reduces the load on a structural material such as a girder, is easily and firmly formed, and hardly lowers the strength. SOLUTION: This floor structure 10 is so constituted that a plurality of extruded sections 12 (12') having hollow parts 14 form butt surfaces by butting their edges 13 along the longitudinal direction to each other, a joint wire W is formed along the joints in upper/lower parts of the butt surfaces 18 by friction and agitation joint using a tool including a friction pin and surface presser part, and a plurality of the extruding sections 12 (12') are integrally jointed by the joint wire W. Ribs 15 are formed in the hollow parts 14 in the adjacent to the end parts 13 of the extruding section 12 so that heat affected parts formed in the friction and agitation joints can be reduced to hold the strength near the joint wire W. A bell-bottom recess groove 17 is integrally provided in the lower side of the hollow part 14 of the extruded section 12' so that the head of the bolt B is fitted and fixed to the girder 7. |
