PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject product efficiently and readily stuck to an article having a curved surface with a high curvature such as a wind mirror, etc., without necessarily requiring high skill by providing the surface of a tacky agent layer at the side to be brought into contact with a material to be bonded with fine pares. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet is obtained by laminating a tacky agent layer 2 to either the surface of a base 1. The surface of the tacky agent layer 2 at a side opposite to the side to be brought into contact with the base 1 is provided with pares. Preferably the thickness of the tacky agent layer is 20-40μm, the diameters of the pores are 1-50μm and the depth of the pores is 5-30μm. The objective product is obtained, for example, by laying a granule- containing resin layer 4 between a substrate 5 of a release paper and a releasing agent layer 3, forming unevenness on the surface of the releasing agent at the side opposite to the resin layer and bonding the release paper to the surface of the tacky agent layer 2 at the side opposite to the base 1 so as to transfer the unevenness to the tacky agent layer 2.
