PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve turning performance for a vehicle without increasing the cost of a device, increase of its weight and the like, by using a brake device which can separately brake a mechanical limited slip differential and respective right and left driving wheels. SOLUTION: This control device is provided with left and right driving wheels 10L, 10R, a mechanical limited slip differential 12 for transmitting driving force outputted from an engine with differentially limiting it to the left and right driving wheels 10L, 10R, and a brake device 20 respectively provided for the left and right driving wheels 10L, 10R, and the limited slip differential 12 has a one-way clutch 18 allowing differential limiting only when the driving force inputted from the engine is in the advance direction. During advancing acceleration turn of a vehicle, a given braking force can be impressed with the brake device 20 to the driving wheel on the turning inner wheel side of the left and right driving wheels 10L, 10R.
