PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aerosol-type adhesive composition keeping stable suspended state of the adhesive liquid filled in an aerosol container even after the storage over a long period and sprayable from the aerosol container in the form of mist by specifying the particle diameter of microcapsules containing a resin-based adhesive, the diameter of a filler and the viscosity of the adhesive liquid and compounding the components by a specific method. SOLUTION: The objective aerosol-type adhesive composition contains a suspension having a viscosity of 80-200 cps and prepared by suspending (A) a resin-based adhesive (preferably a bisphenol A epoxy resin) encapsulated in a microcapsule having an average particle diameter of 0.1-100μm and bursting under compressive force and (B) a particulate inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 1-100μm in a solution prepared by dissolving (C) a curing agent for the component A (preferably a dipiperidine derivative, etc.), and/or a curing catalyst and (D) a resin-based binder in (E) a volatile organic solvent and further contains a propellant partially soluble in the component E. The adhesive is applied in a state of aerosol spray mist.
