PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shrinkage of a corner piece weather strip from generating clearance in an interface between a front edge and a door inner panel. SOLUTION: This corner piece weather strip has a front edge 6 in substantially parallel with a front pillar, a rear edge 7 extending from the top of the front edge 6 to the lower part of a car body, and a bag-shaped cap portion 10 covering an car body's upper corner of a corner piece on a side surface on the out-of-car side of a linking portion between the front edge 6 and the rear edge 7, and seals the corner piece positioned at the front end of a door waist portion. In this case, a projection 11 abutting to a car body front corner of the corner piece is provided for the front edge 6. Thus, because one side defining the front edge of the corner piece expands the front edge 6 of the corner piece weather strip 5 to a certain length, the corner piece weather strip 5 is mounted to a given position without any clearance. |
