PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for a bottle filled with drinking water which always enables one to drink drinking water in the bottle using a straw without the need to remove a cap of the bottle. SOLUTION: The cap for bottle includes a cap body 1, wherein an internal thread is formed on the inner surface thereof so as to be engaged with an external thread provided on the mouth of a bottle 9, and a protrusion 5 outwardly extending in opposition to the body 1. A through hole 6 is formed through the protrusion 5 and cap body 1 so that a straw 1 can be inserted into the hole 6. And a cylindrical body 4 which has an external thread having the same profile as an internal thread formed on the mouth of the bottle is provided at the upper part of the body 1. Thus if a cap 8 originally mounted on the bottle is removed and the cap for bottle is mounted on the bottle 9, the straw 7 can be provided in a mounted state. And by mounting the cap 8 on the bottle, water in the bottle can be prevented from spilling out. |
