NEW SINTERED MATERIAL FORMED FROM ZIRCON AND ZIRCONIA, ITS USE AND PRODUCTION OF MOLDING PRODUCT OF SINTERED MATERIAL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sintered material having sufficient corrosion resistance, slightly causing crack in baking a block, excellent in terms of cost, having no stoning. SOLUTION: This sintered material is purified from a starting filling material containing 5-40 wt.% of zircon and has a chemical composition composed of 87.0-94.0 wt.% of ZrO2 +HfO2 , 3.0-8.0 wt.% of SiO2 , 0.4-1.5 wt.% of TiO2 , 0.8-3.0 wt.% of Y2 O3 , 0.5-1.0 wt.% Al2 O3 and <0.5 wt.% of others.
