<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining head which prevents a product, generated in laser beam machining on a workpiece, from sticking to a converging optical device installed inside the machining head body, and which is thereby designed to have a long service life by protecting the optical device against stains and deterioration. SOLUTION: The laser beam machining head 1 is provided, inside its body 3, with a converging optical device 5 that converges laser beams LB for laser beam machining and also provided, at the tip end of the body 3, with a nozzle 7 that emits the laser beam LB converged by the optical device 5 to the part to be machined of a workpiece W; the machining head 1 is further provided, inside its body 3, with a means 11 which prevents a product generated during the machining from sticking to the optical device 5 without shielding the laser beam LB, between the optical device 5 and the nozzle 7.</p> |
