<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a stable sharpness of a cutter even in the case of continuously cutting by cutting bar-like protruding materials discharged from openings of a plurality of nozzles in a predetermined length by a cutting blade rotating along end faces of the plurality of nozzles. SOLUTION: Cutting blades 34 are mounted at cutting blade mounting holes 33c of a cutting member 33 by giving a predetermined tension via butterfly nuts 35 engaged with a thread fitment 34c. Thus, a cutting unit 30 having a shaft 31, the member 33 and the blades 34 is rotated synchronously with a rotation of a screw element 14. The blades 34 are rotated along end faces of nozzles 17 to cut rod-like protruding materials discharged from nozzle opening 17a. In this manner, the rod-like plastic discharged in a melted state is not adhered to the blade 34, or does not become impossible to be cut, but a stable sharpness of the blade can be held even at the time of continuously cutting.</p> |
