PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the osteogenesis of a living body by manufacturing triturated matter formed by combining a protein for osteogenesis with a chitin- chitosan sol and triturating the mixture with synthetic powder and providing the portion of the living body where the bone is desired to be restored with the triturated body or the cured body formed by curing the triturated body. SOLUTION: The chitin-chitosan sol is prepd. by dissolving chitin and chitosan with an org. acid (S1). The chitin-chitosan sol contg. the protein for osteogenesis is prepd. by mixing the protein for osteogenesis with the chitin-chitosan sol (S2). The triturated matter is obtd. by triturating the chitin-chitosan sol mixed with the protein for osteogenesis with the composite powder formed by compounding hydroxyapatite, α-TCP, β-TCP, CaCO3 , CaO, ZnO, CaSiO3 , MgO, etc. |
