PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for molding a two-tier structure product and a device therefore. SOLUTION: The method for blow-molding a two-tier structure product is to make a parison P to be fed from a die descend into one of the molding parts formed by one of main split mold halves 2a, 2b and one of the faces of intermediate split mold halves 3a, 3b. Further the entire length or half the one part length of the parison P is made to penetrate into the other molding part formed by the other main split mold half 3a or 3b and the other face of the intermediate split mold halves 3a, 3b from an opening part 3c between the intermediate split mold halves 3a, 3b by the opening of the intermediate split mold halves 3a, 3b in the orthogonal direction and a closing process pressure between the main split mold halves 2a, 2b. After that, the two-tier structure product connected by a connecting plate part is integrally blow-molded by applying the mold clamping action including the closing of the intermediate split mold halves 3a, 3b and a blow pressure. |
