PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for injection-molding of synthetic resin of which the molding surface and the vicinity thereof have a relatively high thermal conductivity and which has an excellent cooling performance and also enables attainment of a molded article having a smooth surface. SOLUTION: A molding tool 1 has a mold main body 1a being an article of cast iron and a molding surface constituting body 20 of laminate structure which is formed on the mold main body 1a by spray coating and gives a shape to a synthetic resin material. A surface layer 22 of the molding surface constituting body 20 is constituted of a Cu alloy and, besides, an inside diameter d1 of the respective opening parts of a plurality of pinholes opened in a molding surface 7 of this body is set to be d1 <=20μm.
