PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely prevent spattering of urine when man sits on a toilet stool to ease nature by integrally forming a wall part hanging downward at least on the front part in the inner peripheral edge of a toilet stool cover of a Western style toilet, or removably installing the same through a fixture. SOLUTION: A toilet stool cover 10 of a Western style toilet is so constructed that the back having a heater heating wire in the interior is flat, and a wall (guard) part 15 hanging downward is provided on the front part of the inner peripheral edge. The wall part 15 is not specially limited, but the upper and lower width dimensions are set to 10-30 mm, for example, and the installation angleθis disposed at an angle 90-160 degresss from the center of the toilet stool. Further, the raw material of the wall part 15 is not specially limited, and in view of cost, a resin is preferable. Thus, urine W of the man sitting on the toilet stool is shielded by the wall part 15 not to enter a gap 20 where a cushion material 25 is interposed between the upper surface of the toilet stool main body 16 and the toilet stool cover 10, so that spattering to the outside of the toilet stool can be surely prevented.
