HARD TWIST POLYESTER WOVEN FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard twist polyester woven fabric having refreshing feeling with moderate dry touch and high bulkiness. SOLUTION: A hard twist polyester woven fabric is produced by twisting a multifilament yarn at a twist coefficient (K=F<1/2>×Y) of >=17,500 and <=25,800 wherein F (de) is fineness and Y (T/m) is twist number of the multifilament yarn as the warp and/or the weft of the fabric. The multifilament yarn is composed of single fibers having a fineness of 1-4 de and a Y-shaped trilobal cross- section with a non-circularity index of 2.5-3.5 and has a 10% elongation stress of 1.8-2.8 g/d and an interlocking number of 5-80/m.
