PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy requirements such as small size, lightweight and low noise level in a PSA gas separation device. SOLUTION: In order to ensure a required sufficient performance even at the sacrifice of the number of parts to be used so that requirements such as small size and lightweight are met in structuring the device, a cooler for compressed air and a pressure reducing valve for a product gas which would otherwise be required conventionally as illustrated, are omitted, and further in order to obtain the sufficient performance, the inlet sides of adsorption cylinders 3, 4 are partially filled with the pieces of alumina 13, 13' as moisture absorbers. In addition, an air compressor 2 is of an electromagnetic suction pump type for reducing a noise level.
