<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use an industrial waste ad keep a constant quality and prescribed properties by kneading chamotte as a principal ingredient, a connecting agent such as hydrated lime, a fibrous material and waste fibrous material, a binding material such as bentonite-clay, and a retarder with a proper amount of water to provide a kneaded soil. SOLUTION: For example, materials shown bellow are stirred and mixed to provide a kneaded soil shape: 30-80% tile chamotte; 5-20% hydrated lime; 5-8% fibrous material; 0.8-10% bentonite-clay; a little amount of a retarder; a proper amount of water. The following effects are provided by using the kneaded soil as a roof soil: having a proper strength and rigidity, and being lightweight; capable of being readily treated; having a fixed power better than a tiling soil and having durability against an earthquake and a typhoon; especially useful for prevention of the collapse of a ledge of the roof, and profitable to the improvement of earthquake-proof effects and the durability; capable of effectively utilizing the resource, effectively treating an industrial waste and preventing unlawful renunciation or the like.</p> |
