PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opaque colored soft resin sheet having safety to environment and excellent in optical and mechanical properties, and provide a manufacturing method for the sheet without reducing the surface gloss. SOLUTION: This sheet includes one or more layers comprising the soft polyolefin resin, and has (a) tensile modulus of elasticity of 20 to 1000 Mpa and (b) surface roughness of at least one side <=0.05μm. The equipment used in the production of the sheet is installed with a metal endless belt 15 mounted between a first cooling roll 13 and a second cooling roll 14, and the outer periphery of the first cooling roll 13 is covered with an elastic material 18.
