PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a range of thickness manufacturable by one and the same die by providing a surface layer of a polyolefin resin, a layer containing a mixed resin, wherein an ethyleneα-olefin copolymer and a high-pressure low-density polyethylene are mixed in a specified ratio, and a polypropylene resin layer. SOLUTION: A multi-layered film is composed of a surface layer (A) of a polyolefin resin having a melting point of 120 deg.C or lower, an ethyleneα-olefin copolymer layer (B) and a polypropylene resin layer (C). The ethyleneα-olefin copolymer of the layer (B) has a density of 0.860-0.935 g/cm<3> and a melt flow rate of 0.2-5.0 g/10 min. at 190 deg.C and under a load of 2.16 kgf. A high-pressure and low-density polyethylene has a melt flow rate of 0.1-5.0 g/10 min. at 190 deg.C and under a load of 2.16 kgf. And a weight ratio of mixing of the ethyleneα-olefin copolymer and the high-pressure and low-density polyethylene is a range of (75:25)-(95:5). |
