PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metallic tube with a joint part, which basically dissolves such problems that a spheroidal graphite cast iron tube with a metallic mold centrifugal casting method is severely required to a resin coating in this tube and therefore, the complicated wrinkle state oxide film, molten slag, etc., formed in this inner peripheral surface in the tube at the time of executing the centrifugal casting is necessary to sufficiently remove, but since the inner diameter of this tube is small and the tube length is >=3 m, this treating work can not efficiently be executed and this is developed as the market trouble. SOLUTION: The metallic tube with the joint part is divided with the joint part 4 and the tube body part 7, and it is found that the joint part material has the property and the weldability near a steel material and has the castability and this molten metal is poured into a mold to form the joint part. Both tube surfaces of the tube body part 7 of a steel tube and the short tube of the above joint part, are welded to manufacture the constituted metallic tube with the joint part. |
