PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a health food having healthy effect and taste derived from a mild fermented product and healthy diet effect. SOLUTION: This diet healthy food is a health food comprising a milk fermented product as a main component and contains a digestive enzyme inhibiting substance as a functional component. Kefir is preferable as the milk fermented product and a lipase inhibitor and/or an α-amylase inhibitor is preferable as the digestive enzyme inhibiting substance. The diet health food can gradually reduces weight while taking a meal sufficiently rich in nutrients without depending upon low-calorie foods and without excessively reducing one's diet and prevent and treat obesity. |
