CLONING VECTOR FOR MESSENGER RNA EXPRESSION PATTERN ANALYSIS, ITS PREPARATION AND USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a costly effective method capable of making further determination of sequence of cDNA unnecessary and enabling high analyzing treatment amount in analysis of gene expression pattern. SOLUTION: This cloning vector comprises (a) cloning site enabling cloning in determined orientation of a nucleic acid, (b) at least one cleaving site which is adjacent to cloning site (a) and seldom exists in the nucleic acid and (c) a long region which is located on the side of cloning site (a) on the side opposite to the cleaving site (b). The cloning vector does not contain the cloning site and does not contain at least two cleaving sites which frequently exists in the nucleic acid in the long region and the region between the cloning site (a) and the cleaving site (b).
