摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve radiation effect by providing an electric control device mounted on a vehicle and a controller having at least a power element, which is a heat generation source, and which executes electric control of the electric control device, and disposing the power element portion of the controller on the radiating member via heat conduction insulator. SOLUTION: A controller 4 of an electric rear wheel steering control device calculates the optimal rear wheel steering angle based on signals from a vehicle speed sensor, a front wheel steer angel sensor, a yaw rate sensor, and the like to control the driving of a motor 1 to turn a rear wheel. A power MOS FET 6 is included in a motor drive circuit. To effectively perform radiation from the power MOS FET 6, which is a heat radiation source, a bottom face of the power MOS FET 6 is fixed such that it contacts a surface of a housing 5 of the control device via a heat conduction insulation sheet 7. This conducts heat radiation from the power MOS FET 6 to the housing 5 provided with a cooling fin 8 through the heat conduction insulation sheet 7 to radiate heat into the atmosphere.
