PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser which can be easily maintained by preventing clogging materials on the inside face of an extraction passage of the beverage from accumulating. SOLUTION: This beverage dispenser is constituted of a cooling water tank 2, a beverage cooling pipe 3, and an extraction cock 5 or the like. Cooling water 12 is held in the cooling water tank 2. The cooling pipe 3 is submerged in the cooling water tank 2. Beverage led from an external storage container 17 flow therein. The extraction cock 5 is installed at the outside of the peripheral wall of the cooling water tank to open/close the beverage cooling pipe 3. After the beverage has been cooled in the cooling pipe 3, it is supplied to the outside through the extraction cock 5. In this beverage dispenser, a contact part of the beverage cooling pipe 3 and the extraction cock 5 with the inside beverage is made of glass or enamel. The surface roughness Ra of these part is preferably formed 0. 3μm or finer.
