PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the individual indication of source as the certificate of source of a transferred duplicate without receiving any limit due to the size of a transferring paper and provide a stamping member for discriminating the duplicated matter and a guide member therefor, which permit the individual discrimination of the same duplicated matters or the indication of a large mark. SOLUTION: A stamping member 1 for discriminating transferred matters is constituted of a main body unit 3, formed so that the normal line of shaft end surface of the same is intersected obliquely with the axial line of the same, and a swinging unit 4, provided in the main body unit 3 so as to be swingable based on the direction of the axial line of the same, while both ends 5, 6 of the main body unit 3 and the swinging member 4 are constituted so as to form a stamping body. In this case, the main body unit 3 is formed of a cylindrical shape and the swinging unit 4 is provided in the hollow part 3a of the main body unit 3 while the swinging unit 4 is retained through an elastic retaining member 7 constituted of a guide unit 7a for guiding the insertion of the swinging unit 4 and a pushing unit 7b, pinching one point in the axial line direction of the swinging unit 4 so as to be capable of pulling-out and insertion of the unit 4. |
