PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To entirely eliminate slips between a planetary roll and a planar bar. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing device of bars having a special shaped cross section is composed by combining a planetary rolling mill 5 which is provided with a rotor 7 which is rotatable around the axial center 8, plural planetary rolls 6 which are elastically supported at equal intervals on the outer periphery of the rotor and wheel-shaped rail 9 a part of the circumference of which is made into a straight line with a flat-board-like V-shaped die 2 which is provided in the position opposite to the locus of the planetary rolling roll which is passed through the straight line part of the planetary rolling mill 5, by arranging a patting member 30 just before the flat-board-like V-shaped die and in the position where the outer peripheral surface of the planetary rolling roll is brought into contact, slip marks and burning defects of the planetary rolling roll are eliminated. |
