PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition having excellent adhesiveness, particularly to polyacrylonitrile-based resin, and also provide a laminate using the composition. SOLUTION: This laminate is obtained by laminating polyacrylonitrile-based resin layer via an adhesive resin composition layer consisting of an adhesive resin composition containing (A) a styrene-based elastomer at 20-80 wt.% containing styrene or its derivative at 10 wt.% or more and (B) an ethylene- based elastomer having a density of 0.900 g/cm<3> or less at 20-80 wt.%. |
