PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize effectively a waste conveyor belt to be generated in large quantities by bonding mutually a plurality of the waste conveyor belts having natural rubber and synthetic rubber as main components to make it in a sheet form, while maintaining surely a water impermeability of a sheet. SOLUTION: A belt conveyor 11 which has been used in conveying equipment 10 for transporting a sintered ore in steelworks and worn out to be damaged, is wound up in a coil form, and stored as a waste conveyor belt 12. In the case where a water impermeable sheet 13 is manufactured by using the waste conveyor belt 12, a plurality of waste conveyor belts 12 are arranged close to or abutting against each other on a floor surface or the like. Further, the waste conveyor belt 12 is preliminarily cut in the longitudinal direction to prepare a bonded sheet 14. Then, the bonded sheet 14 is stuck to one side surface of a bonded part of the waste conveyor belt 12 by using a rubber based bonding material, a space on the other side surface of the bonded part is covered to be filled with a rubber based bonding material, and manufacture of the water impermeable sheet 13 in which a water impermeability is raised is completed. |
