PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed container provided with a pressure adjusting mechanism which can acts surely so that the pressure in a container can be adjusted, while the contents of the container is being surely prevented from leaking out, and components of the mechanism are prevented from slipping out accidentally. SOLUTION: In the closed container wherein a lid 2 is put on a container body 1 through an annular packing 3, an air hole 11 is formed through the lid 2 and the hole 11 is closed with a part of the packing 3. When the internal pressure of the container becomes lower, the packing 3 closing the hole 11 is deformed inwardly by the negative pressure therein so that the hole 11 is opened to eliminate the reduced pressure state in the container, following which the packing 3 restores its initial state due to its elasticity so that the hole 11 closes the hole 11 again. |
