MANUFACTURE OF BALL POINT PEN TIP, AND BALL POINT PEN TIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing technique for a ball point pen tip for preventing generation of flashes as a cause of defective writing. SOLUTION: A broaching tool 20 is inserted from the side of a pack hole 11 of a tip main body 10 and an ink guide channel is formed on a ball support seat 13, and upper flashes 15 generated on the ball support seat 13 to the side of a ball house 12 are removed by inserting a cutting tool from the side of the ball house 12. The removal of the upper flashes 15 is combinedly applied as the finish processing for the inner face of the ball house 12.
