PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat organic substances hardly biodegradable such as color components in wastewater and CCD in bio-treated water inexpensively and easily by providing a bioreactor, an inorganic flocculant adding means, an ozone reactor, and a circulating means for circulating sludge in the reactors between the bioreactor and the ozone reactor. SOLUTION: Raw water is introduced from piping 11 into a bioreactor 1 and flocculated by an inorganic flocculant added from piping 12. The treated is sent from piping 15 to a membrane separator 3 by a pump P to be subjected to membrane separation, and the filtrate is extracted from piping 17, while the concentrated water is returned from piping 16 to the bioreactor 1. The flocculation-treated liquid of the reactor 1 is introduced from piping 13 to an ozone reactor 2, is subjected to ozone oxidation, with the inorganic flocculant regenerated, after hardly biodegradable organic substances being converted into easily biodegradable organic substances, and is returned from piping 14 to the bioreactor 1. The inorganic flocculant returned to the bioreactor 1 is reused for flocculating the biodegradation-resistant organic substances in the raw water. |
