PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension control method by a fluff controller, capable of uniformly controlling tension by reducing large fluctuation of tension in a conventional fluff controller. SOLUTION: FLUFF binding is performed by introducing a yarn (y) drawn from a yarn feeding bobbin 1 to a control member 3 for controlling the transmission of twist in the yarn feeding bobbin direction and then introducing it to a friction disc-type false twister 4, and the tension of the yarn is controlled by controlling the delivering speed of the yarn in the friction disc-type false twister 4. Therefore, the fluff amount of the yarn drawn from the yarn feeding bobbin and to be wound on a winding package can be restrained, the tension of the yarn can be controlled, and accordingly, it is not required to arrange any special device for controlling tension.
