PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to generate anions around fabrics used in a large quantity in our living environmental spaces and quantitatively feed anion to the environment by natural winds. SOLUTION: This fabric is constituted by applying a coating material 2, made by blending powdery tourmaline having 0.5μm-50μm particle size, and a dispersing agent with a synthetic resin coating material to the surface of a fabric 1. The fabric is constituted of yarns 3 the surfaces of which are coated with the coating material 2, made by blending powdery tourmaline having 0.5μm-50μm particle size, and the dispersing agent with the synthetic resin or the yarns on the surface of which are covered to be sprinkled with powdery tourmaline having 0.5μm-50μm particle size.
