PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a rice-cooking sheet comprising a fiber capable of removing a component of rice-polish soup, which is attached on the surfaces of grains of non-washed rice, dispensing with rice polishing, capable of preparing delicious cooked rich just boiling non-washed rice with water in a rice-cooking device after adding the rice-cooking sheet, and capable of omitting a rice-washing process. SOLUTION: This rice-cooking sheet 10 comprises a fiber capable of removing at least a component of rice-polish soup, which is attached on the surfaces of grains of non-washed rice 12 or of rice which is not sufficiently washed. The fiber is, for example, rayon, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, polystyrene, nylon, acrylate, acetate, polyaryl sulfone, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polyalkylene, pulp, cellulose, paper, protein fiber, silk fiber, wool fiber, activated carbon fiber, fiber having a hollow structure, fiber having a core-sheath structure, fiber consisting of splitting fiber or fiber having an eccentric structure. |
