PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sheet-shaped food sufficiently having good taste and palatability of rice, excellently matching Japanese-style ingredients, easily eatable and having excellent preservability. SOLUTION: This sheet-shaped food is produced by adding water to rice powder, heating it to convert into paste, and subsequently adding wheat powder to the paste to prepare dough, forming the dough into sheets and finally baking the sheets. In this case, 50-90 pts.wt. of rice powder is preferably compounded with 50-10 pts.wt. of wheat powder; and the sheet-shaped dough is baked preferably on a heating plate of 180-200 deg.C. |
