COMPENSATOR FOR DEFORMATION OF PREFABRICATED WOODEN FLOOR COVERINGS

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: compensator is used for absorbing changes in linear dimensions of wooden floor coverings made during erection and reconstruction of dwelling and public buildings. Compensator has load-bearing base and resilient member located between components of load-bearing base. Load-bearing base is made up of at least two bars manufactured from material of floor covering. Rigidity of bars exceeds rigidity of resilient member by at least three times. Longitudinal external side surface of at least one wooden bar is made at incline of 0.5-4.5 deg with respect to base. Wooden bars and resilient member are located congruently so as to create laminated structure in which layers are glued to each other. Aforesaid embodiment of compensator improves its performance characteristics, widens zone of its operation over floor area together with ensuring required mechanical strength allowing for performing mechanical treatment of floor as integral assembly with compensator being installed.
