摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monitoring apparatus by which a stationary leakage oil can be detected at an early stage by a method wherein a camera is changed over in a monitoring exclusion state when two continuous images are changed, a monitoring area is reset when the monitoring exclusion state is returned between a previous monitoring operation and a current monitoring operation and a warning is displayed when an abnormality is generated in the stationary leakage oil. SOLUTION: An image changeover part 2 controls a plurality of image signals imaged by a plurality of cameras 1 so as to be changed over sequentially. A CPU 5 judges whether a change exists between two continuous images. When the change exists, a normal monitoring state or a monitoring exclusion state is judged on the basis of the operation of a human-body detecting sensor 24 in a monitoring area. In the normal monitoring state, a change state between the two images is monitored. In the monitoring exclusion state, the image signals are changed over to an image signal by a next camera 1. Whether a return operation to the normal monitoring state from the monitoring exclusion state exists between a previous monitoring operation and a current monitoring operation exists is judged. When the return operation exists, the monitoring area is reset, and whether the abnormality of a stationary leakage oil inside the monitoring area exists or not is judged by an image processing board 5a. When the abnormality exists, an abnormality warning is displayed on a CRT 3. Thus, whether the abnormality of the leakage coil exists or not can be monitored at high frequency.
