Uterus neck wall thickness and depth of lesion are measured. Following intervention kind is determined. Uterus neck wall thickness being 0.7-0.8 cm and less, single row sutures are put. Uterus neck wall thickness being greater than 0.7-0.8 cm, exfoliation operation is to be done. Lesion depth being greater than 4 mm, complete exfoliation is carried out.
