PURPOSE:To provide an image processor which can obtain satisfactory image data for specifying an arbitrary object. CONSTITUTION:A movement judgement circuit 18 and the like decide whether the object sufficiently moves or not based on a movement detection signal detected by a movement detection part 3, and a mode setting circuit 20 controls the operation of the movement detection part 3 based on the decision result. A minute cheek coordinate detection circuit 12 detects the cheek coordinate of the object based on the movement detection signal of the movement detection part 3, characteristic information of the object is extracted by a characteristic extraction circuit 13 from the detected cheek coordinate, and an evaluation decision circuit 17 judges the object based on the characteristic information. |
