A mat for stock-raising 1 comprises an upper rubber layer 10 and lower rubber layer 20. As a multi-functional ceramics 14 contained in the upper rubber layer 10 has an effect of irradiating far-infrared radiation, it irradiates an infrared radiation by receiving the heat from gas heater 3. Since the alminium 24 contained in the lower rubber layer 20 has high heat-reflective property, it prevents the spreading of heat from upper layer side to lower layer side. And a mat for stock-raising 1 comprises a upper layer 100, a middle layer 200 and a lower layer 300. The functional ceramics 140 contained in the upper layer 100 irradiate far-infrared radiation by the heat received from the gas heater 3 as it has an effect of irradiating far-infrared radiation. The middle layer 200 having insulative property prevents the heat spreading from upper layer side to lower layer side in order not to loose the heat.
