摘要

A method of preparing animal stem cells is provided which comprises reconstituting an animal embryo by transferring the nucleus of a donor cell into a suitable recipient cell followed by selective killing of differentiated cells of the reconstituted embryo and culturing the resulting undifferentiated embryonic cells.
