METHOD OF REMOVAL OF DEPOSITS FROM INNER AND OUTER SURFACES OF SUPPLY NOZZLES OR SUPPLY PIPES OF FURNACE UNITS (VERSIONS) AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD

FIELD: cleaning of inner and outer surfaces of nozzles. SUBSTANCE: poker may be inserted in supply nozzle for removal of deposits in supply nozzles used for return of waste gas to furnace chamber. This poker is held for motion in longitudinal direction. Poker is provided with nozzle head at its front end which is connected with valve gear at its rear end; valve gear is used for control of amount, pressure and time of opening and closing. Control is effected by means of regulating device. Water is sprayed by means of this poker and is finely distributed over deposits inside supply nozzle beginning with front edge of deposits (in way of flow) inside supply nozzles or pipes. Water penetrates into these deposits and steam breaks them. EFFECT: possibility of removal of deposits during normal operation of furnace. 18 cl, 3 dwg
