PURPOSE:To provide an optinmum brush roller for a planographic printing plate processor, without generating unevenness in rubbing on the surface of a planographic printing plate. CONSTITUTION:As the brush roller applied for the coloring part of a waterless planographic developing device uses a channel brush 182 obtained in such a manner that the intermediate parts of brush raw materials 184 bent almost in a tooth-shaped state are bent while centering a core metal 52 and force-fitted into base parts 50. The channel brush 182 is expanded from the intermediate part of the brush to its top end by the bent brush raw materials 184 and spirally wound and fixed on a roller main body 180 to obtain the close contact of mutual base parts, so that the top end parts of the brush raw materials 184 of the adjacent base parts are overlapped. Therefore, the brush roller actually does not have irregularities in the flocking of the brush raw materials 184. |
