SUBSTANCE: described is phosphotizing primer which comprises substrate, diluent, primer based on acrylic resin, grade AK-070 or Ak-069, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: acid diluent, 10.1-11; primer based on acrylic resin, 50-90; and the primer substrate balance.
