Invention pertains to the field of preparations for the personal hygiene. Jelly like paste for the cleaning skin especially hand skin is invented. The paste composition comprises water, cocoamide DEA (diethanol amide of the coconut oil fatty acids), terpenes of citrous fruits in combination with organic solvent. The organic solvent preferably is deodorised white spirit. The ratio of components and solvent is 1:1. Composition additionally contains anionic surfactant sodium laurethsulphate, silicon dioxide as thickening agent, citric acid as a regulator of pH of the composition, microbeans made of oxidized polyethylene and the colouring agent. The paste is effective means for the cleaning skin without water and it is especially effective in removing stains of oils, heavy oil, bitumen, vaseline, fats, soot, resins, soil and grass. The paste exhibits skin protective properties.
