SUBSTANCE: device has analog-to-digital converter 1, comparison unit 2, control unit 3, univibrator 4, dividers 5, 6, 7 and 8, divider 9, code converter 10, registers 11, 12 and 13, code converter 14. Code converters 10 and 14 together with dividers 5 and 9 provides independence of discriminator from signal amplitude. Invention discloses characteristics of types of conversion, achieved by code converters, and description of control unit.
