FIELD: paper-and-pulp industry. SUBSTANCE: two products, "Polycell" and "Polycell-M", consist of water-soluble hydroxyethylctllulose, sodium salt (mixture of sodium phosphate salts adsorbed on hydroxyethylctllulose during its synthesis), and water at ratio providing pH 6.0-11.0 for 1% product solution; and, additionally, mixture of glycols with general formula HO(CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>O)<SB>n</SB> wherein n=1,2,3 or 4 at ratio causing average value of n between 1.5 and 3.0. Contents of ingredients are the following, weight parts: water-soluble hydroxyethylctllulose 100, mixture of sodium phosphate salts 4-18, mixture of glycols 0.5-20, water 5-120. "Polycell" product is not predisposed for dust production and "Polycell- M" product has water-retention capacity 2000 to 4000%.
